Anza JP Blog 2/23/08 *EDITED* again 2/25

Yes Totally!

I'm full of energy! (laugh)

We had to push hard to accomplish everything on our amazingly tough schedule. (laugh)

The band went to Beijing, China to do our live that means I've been through Narita Airport twice in one week. (laughing)

At last things have settled down and I'm able to write.

Well, well, the first time in China went fast.

There was a Gyoza problem..... (she's referring to the recent poisoning incidents of Chinese made dumplings) Also, the Japanese people are usually given the cold shoulder....but the entire time, I was treated kindly!!!

Real Chinese food is the best, and I was really pleased with it.

However, to see the disparity in the social fabric with your own eyes is....yes....complicated.
Yeah, I could look out of the window of this elegant hotel room and I could see people living in places not looking like a place for people to live in.

General freedom, equality and the things that go with it, are things I need to think about seriously.

However, all people have their differences. Kindness is the important thing to bridge the gaps. That's what I try to do!

Oh! I went to the Lyon Gong Review! ?

The man was terrific!

I got some help on the translation fro Rika-Chicchi on the Keiko Kitagawa board.

I've been sick for the last 2 days and this was too tough to figure out on my own.

HPP Blog 2/19/08

It's Anza (star)

Yes! We finished the live safely. (laugh)

The HPP members are all together and ready to return home now. (laugh)

In This Moment was our supporting band for our last two shows in Quattro, Shibuya and in Beijing, China. It was truly enjoyable!!!

The experience was really precious and it's good to be able to say thanks. The ITM guys flew over with us on the same flight, and then they switched to our hotel for their stay. So, it was really fun and I couldn't contain my laughter for 3 whole days.

The ITM members are truly wonderful!!

They were very kind and affectionate....tears still come out because I was so happy.

Their stage performance was overflowing with absolute power. I learned a lot by watching them perform.

We only had one day off in Beijing to go sightseeing and I took lot's and lot's of photographs to capture it all.

Presently, ITM are on a plane to Los Angeles....I guess. When we parted, we promised each other to reunite with a big warm hug and we promised to e-mail each other.......I was half crying trying to bear being lonely. (laugh)

The photos say it all.

No other comment is neccesary.

All I can say is, WOW!

Giggling (star)

I'm home! I've just returned safely from a country in the south. (laugh)

Yeah! I went to Guam, a place I love, to stay for 3 days and 2 nights!!!

It was like a dream. The sea was warm and pretty....the beach was the best and going there was excellent!!!

It was the perfect cure for me and I'm completely charged up. (laughing)

Tomorrow, I'll be ready to face anything!

Sweet! I don't blame Anza for getting away from the cold weather for a few days. I guess asking for Anza beach bunny bikini pics would be asking too much.

Without a Hitch!

The musical, "Pregnant Woman in Love!" has finished it's concluding program.

Then going out, I launched some alcoholic drinks which I haven't done in a long time. At first, I was reluctant, then ~well~ it was good!!!

The cast was really wonderful and it made me happy to be permitted to be part of the show. I've enjoyed myself since practice started, I couldn't help myself.

Also, everyone on the staff were really nice and kind people. I was looking forward to seeing them every day.

But, the fact is, now I'm terribly put it bluntly. (laugh)

To close, I feel like I accomplished something since I was out of the practice habit or remembering lines. (laugh)

After this, I'm looking forward to the day in the future when we can meet again and enjoy ourselves.

Everyone who came to the theater to see the show, Thank-You truly.

Ayaka Komatsu, who was Sailor Venus in PGSM, mentioned going to see the play, "Pregnant Woman in Love." I figured that was Anza's play, so I thought I'd use the title that EngrishwithMichiru came up with. It seem to fit the characters better.

Ayaka didn't say anything particular about the show, but just said how wonderful musicals are to see live.

HPP Blog 2/7/08

It's Anza (star)

With the snow everyday, and the cold day after day,my life has I still vigorous or what?

Say....the acoustic video I promised is still being worked on. It'll be ready soon, so please hang on.

Still, I'm waiting for it to reach my labor assistant, it isn't to avoid posting it.....sorry.

But first, how about it if I post some photographs? (laughing)

1: The first shot is the HPP members doing a careful sound check and rehearsal.

2: The second pic is backstage in the dressing room. It looks like Mar, Narumi, and Batch are having a suspicious meeting. (laugh)

3: The third pic is the band members shooting a comment segment for the program.

4: Fourth is a scenery shot of the show venue. (in the audience is a member)

5: Fifth is a commemorative pic of Hiro and the guitar he played that day. (laugh)

6: Sixth is a live shot of the band. ( probably doing the normal version of the song)

Now, what I'm feeling.

Closer and closer are the dates for HPP's next shows. The 15th (Quattro, Shibuya) and the 17th ( Beijing) is up next on the schedule. We'll be playing with the band "In This Moment", and then the nation-wide tour will ratchet up the tension. So, I have kicked open my cage and will leave my home to go far away. The current tour is by no means over!!

After this, be sure to check back for more announcements~!

Love all the pics Anza posted. I hope she uploads the acoustic show video soon.

Manami Wakayama's Review

I want to make a quick entry before I have to head off to work.

Manami Wakayama, who was the last Sailor Mercury in the musicals, went to see Anza's play, "Oh My Baby Our Baby", on Sunday, Feb 3. In her Blog she said that despite a heavy snowfall, a lot of people came out to the theater. She also went on to say how much she enjoyed Anza's performance.

I wrote a comment about the play and she wrote back saying that she knew Anza's song and that the show was the best.

I wanted to translate everything Manami wrote about the show, but she made some comments about Anza's co-star and the baby that I couldn't translate. Because I wasn't familiar with the show.

Promo Picture.

Opening Day went off really well and we've finished 2 stage performances.

Everyday, I'm encouraged by the warm crowd with their clapping and cheering.

This was truly a fantastic stage production to come across. It's excellent.

Tomorrow, I'm also going to give it my Yayoi Tsukino effort!!

There we're a couple ways I could have translated the header for this blog entry. I went with Promo Picture because the pic Anza posted looks like the "Oh my Baby our Baby" promo flier.

At Last....

Already, the date changes today....Man! But, I'm facing opening day for our show....

Although, I must say that I was really nervous when we ran through our costume rehearsal....consider the effect....I was shivering with fear. (laugh)

Buddha god! Charm please!!!!!I need something to put my heart at ease so that I can perform my best!!

I'm patiently waiting for tomorrow. I plan to go to the theater and give it my best shot.

So now, I'm headed to bed. (laugh)

Anza doesn't need a charm....not when she has me. lol

Be sure to check out the comments on the HPP Blog on 1/22. I really goofed on part of the translation about the HPP Movie. Akira has helped me out and I think that I know what Anza meant.

Head Phones President is doing an acoustic song and she'll be uploading the PV later.
